Delete your Klypp account
Public instructions for the Play Store listing — no sign-in required.
Open Settings in the Android or iOS app and tap the red “Delete account” button at the bottom. The deletion happens immediately.
Visit https://www.klyppedit.com/, click “Server Downloads → Log in”, and hit the Delete account option on the account page. Once you confirm, the account and everything linked to it are removed right away.
What gets deleted?
- Account: Email, Username and device certificates that let the app or server recognize you—these are the only records we keep and are removed immediately.
What is retained?
Nothing is retained once the delete flow completes. We do not keep duplicates of account data.
Timeline
Deletion happens immediately when the button is confirmed. There is no waiting period, and the action is irreversible, so be sure you no longer need the account or any shared assets before proceeding.
Subscription management is handled by Google Play (Android) or Apple (iOS), so cancel or let the platform handle renewals if you subscribed through them.
Can’t log in?
If you no longer have access to the app or web account, email privacy@klyppedit.com with the email address tied to the account. Include the platform (Android, iOS, Windows), your KlyppServer version (if known), and a short reason why you cannot complete the in-app deletion steps. We will reply within 1–2 business days and help you finish the process.
